Q) Where are you based?
A) We’re located in the village of Chipping in the Forest of Bowland in Lancashire, UK
A) Yes, we do. Our advertised packages include travel to/ from venues that are located within a 15-mile radius drive from Chipping including the stunning Ribble Valley. If there is an event that you would like us to attend anywhere within the United Kingdom which sits outside of this catchment area, we will be more than happy to provide you with a quote including travel.

Q) Should I have a Celebration Tower at my wedding / celebration.
A) Absolutely. Champagne Towers are ever increasingly featured by magazines and bloggers as the must have item at any wedding or special event. Don’t take our word for it, check out the hashtag #champagnetowers on Instagram to see the current hype. So get amongst it and be one of the first!
A) The timing depends on the proceedings on the day. We would work with you/your event planner to find the most suitable time with maximum impact to pour your champagne tower.
Q) When should we have our Celebration Tower?
A) This is a great question. It really all depends on whether you want to have enough glasses in your tower to cater for all of the guests in attendance, or whether you’d like a smaller tower which will provide drinks for some guests but still provide you with amazing images from your professional photographer. Both options are equally popular and acceptable. Additional glasses can be supplied by us (in the exact same style as those used in the tower) to ensure everyone enjoys a tipple of the same drink in the same glass, albeit not all come from the tower itself.
Q) How many tiers should we have?
A) Currently, we don’t supply the alcohol. The provision of the bottles to fill the tower should be discussed between yourself and your venue. Many venues are licensed and will insist that the alcohol is purchased from them. We will advise how many bottles will be needed, depending on the size of your selected tower which will allow you to budget and plan with them accordingly. We will also communicate directly with your venue / your event planner to ensure the alcohol is chilled in their fridges and ready for you to pour at the agreed time on the day.
Q) Do you provide alcohol with your towers
A) Yes. All of our staff are trained in the service of alcohol and hold the necessary training and licenses to pour.
Q) Are your staff trained to pour alcohol?
A) This is totally your call as the host/s, but our recommendation is that the most fun is had if you pour the champagne yourselves. As you will see from our website a great many couples/ party hosts choose to pour the tower themselves. The size of tower you choose can also be a factor. For example, if you choose a 6 tier tower, you could be pouring for quite a while, so in this instance we can arrange for you to pour just the top levels to capture the brilliant photographs and then our team member or one of the staff at your venue can pour the rest whilst you greet guests or even assist in handing them out to ensure you say hello to everyone personally upon arrival. It can be a hugely impactful moment just as the doors open and guests walk in to your chosen area to showcase the tower. We guarantee they will love having that special moment with you.
Q) Who can pour the Tower?
A) We provide all of the consultation and help in selecting the best place and the best time for you to reveal your celebration tower. From then we keep in touch with you and your venue / planner in the lead up to the event. On the day we arrive at an agreed time to set up all of the glassware required for the tower and have it ready and waiting to be showcased for the big reveal. All of our towers come with a Perspex drip tray to capture any small spills underneath the tower plus a table and a white linen tablecloth (if you choose). Our staff will be there to help guide you during the pour or handle the pour entirely if you prefer. We can also provide the extra glasses if you wish to hire the same look cocktail saucers for other drinks. We then work with the venue to remove and wash the glasses at a convenient time during/ after the event so there is nothing extra for you to do
Q) What is included in the hire fee?
A) Not at all. We have seen towers to suit all tastes and budgets. You can of course select a beautiful French Champagne for a very special occasion, but equally a Prosecco, pink bubbles (for pretty colour), Cava, or an organic bubbles from your favourite British producer can work. It’s all about bringing your own personality and flavour to the tower.
Q) Do I have to use Champagne in my tower?
