Our Story

Hi there! We are Paul and Catherine, the owners of Celebration Towers. Originally working in senior travel industry roles in Sydney Australia for a combined (scary) number of years, we've both been fortunate enough to work closely with and learn from the very best global travel brands first hand. The constant innovation, professionalism and excellence in customer service that those brands embodied is now something we strive to replicate every day in our own business.

Both born in the North of England, we had separately moved to the Australia and lived for the past 25 - 30 years in Sydney, where we met 10 years ago.

5 years ago, Paul made the move back into the hospitality industry to run a small bar business, which ended up becoming Sydney’s number one mobile bar for weddings, parties and backstage support for music industry festivals. Our Champagne Towers became one of the most sought-after additions to any party or special occasion over in Australia. The had well and truly taken hold, with some couples even choosing a celebration tower over a wedding cake! The business was thriving and busier than ever. Then in 2022, we received some sad family news back in the UK that prompted us to sell up everything, close down the business in Australia and relocate back to the UK at the end of 2022.
